South Tyrol is biking country. Along idyllic rivers and shady forest paths right through the Pustertal valley, or a little more challenging with gradients ranging from quite easy to tough – up to one of the beautiful Alpine pastures, to many a peak, or one of the crystal-clear mountain lakes. There are plenty of tours here, and because South Tyrol is so diverse, variety is also guaranteed, as is adrenaline or endorphins (or both), depending on the tour.

Pustertal is perfect for those who crave a varied biking holiday during their stay at a bike hotel in the Dolomites of South Tyrol.
For example, the 50km crossing of the Antholz-Gsiesertal toward the Rieserferner Group, the idyllic 30km route from Toblach to Cortina d'Ampezzo, or the leisure tour with just 6km and 400 metres of elevation change from Olang directly to the Angerer Alm hut. If you want to start your bike tour directly from the Berghotel Zirm, you could, for example, ride to the Furkelpass and then along the Giro d'Italia route to the summit of Kronplatz. This tour is 16km with approx. 1,200m elevation difference.
