Back Side Infos - always exciting
Anni
Our reliable partner for many years, the one who never pulls the plug with us, can quickly turn the page in his head and always tries to minimise problems to mouse size.
ADOLF, our interior designer, we caught him for an interview!
Why are you excited about every new Zirm project?
"Zirm projects are fun because they are always more than well thought out. Evelin and Anni have a clear idea of what they want and what they want to achieve. Of course, it's easier to plan and realise with transparent clarity."
Swiss stone pine is a very important component in every new building in the Zirm. What comes to mind in an instant?
"The combination with Swiss stone pine is like the combination of fresh strawberries dipped in a warm chocolate fountain.
It goes with everything and is therefore easy to combine. It gives every room cosiness and serenity, but above all it doesn't fall short of any furnishing ego, neither the naturalness that Evelin and Anni love, nor the elegance that I like to bring in.
On top of that, the health and well-being aspect of Swiss stone pine should not be forgotten, which you can practically enjoy for free in the Zirm.
(laughs) Sometimes even the construction workers on the Zirm building site seem more relaxed to me than anywhere else. The stone pine seems to do its job all round."
Women as builders instead of traditional men as builders, rather unusual. How does it feel to work with the Zirm sisters as builders?
"On the contrary, the two ladies are exceptionally consistent, determined and decisive. Of course, this saves a lot of time, especially when you can rely on the fact that decisions are, so to speak, chiselled in and there are no constant changes. Respect and appreciation is a top priority on both sides, and clearly, I would say, like Zirm's glass façade."
Materials in the Zirm. What can Zirm guests look forward to?
"The great thing about the projects at the Zirm is that very high-quality materials are always selected and installed. I would like to mention the many local companies that have been awarded the contract again and again, always the same ones for years. To be honest, that's one of the reasons why these building sites are possible in such short periods of time, it has to go hand in hand, the companies know each other and work well together.
But now back to the furnishings and materials.
As already mentioned, the main furnishing wood is always local stone pine, complemented by trendy individual pieces of furniture, high-quality fabrics, luxurious sleeping mattresses with different degrees of firmness and individual designer pieces, each a gift in itself.
Zirm guests can look forward to an indescribable feel-good holiday at the highest level, plus a lot of freedom in their holiday leisure time, this news immediately appealed to me, as an absolutely not 0815 holidaymaker, when Evelin & Anni revealed their ideas to me."
Are there things that you would have liked to have pushed through, but you ran up against granite with the Zirm sisters and their girl power?
(laughs) "Black design, glitter and velvet - I had to give in.
Personally, I find it incredibly elegant and inviting, but the two ladies still prefer natural and straight interior design combined with subtle, understated elegance.
Not too many frills, that's the motto, because the unique panorama around the Zirm offers this, especially including almost minute-by-minute changes, I hear again and again, and with a lot of conviction."
