The Zirm power bar awakens the tiger in you!
HOME-made, of course!

Don't underestimate me ...
... whispers the energy bar in your backpack and pushes you up the mountain!

You can certainly find a wide variety of bars in the supermarket next door, but do you want something really special?
Et voilà:
The mega mini rectangle to melt in your mouth and power you to the very top
is in the recipe folders of our sweet Zirm patisserie ladies and of course they make no secret of it for you.

Ingredients:
  • 400 g sugar
  • 120 g water
  • 250 g honey
  • 400 g figs (dried)
  • 300 g dates
  • 200 g apricots (dried)
  • 200 g sultanas
  • 400 g rolled oats
  • 300 g almond slivers
  • 300 g cornflakes
Preparation:
  • Boil sugar with water to 120 degrees
  • Add the honey and mix with the dried fruit
  • Mix everything with the almonds, cornflakes and oat flakes
  • Roll out to a thickness of approx. 1 cm on a Silpat mat
  • Leave to cool and dry for at least one day
  • Cut into 3x8 cm pieces
  • For those with a sweet tooth, decorate the power bars with melted dark chocolate coating, or with white chocolate coating for children
